Hiking trailsOn the heights, facing the village of Bordes-sur-Arize, this large family home, in the heart of the regional natural park of the Ariège Pyrenees, offers a beautiful view.
You can enjoy its relaxing setting, in the heart of the countryside and the beautiful sunny and flowery terrace (garden furniture + barbecue + deckchair).
The cottage is located 6 km from the Mas d'Azil cave, unique in Europe.
Five minutes away, the artists' village of Carla-Bayle (high place of Protestantism), will enchant you with its art galleries and its panorama of the Pyrenees chain. Pleasure lake and supervised swimming.
The cottage is located 1 hour from Toulouse.
In this house, rustic furniture rubs shoulders with wooden beams and the neat decoration gives it a warm atmosphere. The old cachet also stands out in the spacious rooms with the original parquet flooring.
Ground floor :
- independent and equipped kitchen.
- living room + living room
- bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, mirror and WC
Upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with twin beds (and a cot available)
- as well as a toilet
The whole house is equipped with electric radiators: 8 kw/day, the surplus consumed is invoiced at 0.12€/kw. Sheets and towels are only rented by the week.
Shops on site.
The maximum rental of the gîte is 1 month.
