The cottage of 85 m² has been renovated and tastefully decorated in Provencal style (polished plaster, wooden floors, quilts, Provencal fabrics, paintings ...), it is very well equipped and has all the comforts.
2 bedrooms (2 beds 140 and 1 bed 90), bathroom, lounge / dining room, kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, DVD , TV, Canal +, radio ...). K7/CD
Terrace (35 m² south) shaded with built barbecue, garden and grounds 300 sqm private and independent pool 11 x 7 m (perimeter alarm) and park (2.5 ha) to share with the owners.
Baby equipment, gantry, table tennis, library, indoor games and outdoor riding former career perfect games for children.
Our pets can unfortunately not be allowed, because we already have 2 dogs and 5 cats.
Are included: expenses, provision of bed linen and towels and house cleaning end of tenancy.
Entertainment: possibility to follow an introduction to pottery with Muriel, the owner, painter, sculptor and potter fan (see the conditions with her).
Organization of training pottery and sculpture with external speakers (not very high season).

Depuis l'épidémie de Covid, nous prenons plus de temps entre chaque location afin de pouvoir nettoyer, aérer et désinfecter le gîte en profondeur et tous ses espaces et matériels dédiés (terrasses, piscine...).
C'est pourquoi les horaires d'arrivée et de départ les samedis ont été changés:
heure d'arrivée le samedi à 18h au lieu de 17h30 et heure de départ le samedi à 9h au lieu de 10h.
Nous avons instauré des horaires pour la piscine partagée avec nous, afin de préserver les intimités de chacun.
La piscine étant au chlore, la désinfection de l'eau se fait d'elle-même.

"Très bon séjour dans un beau domaine"
Endroit très calme, bien situé au coeur d'une très belle région, à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêt (Carcassonne, Châteaux Cathares, Vignobles..) Gîte très bien équipé, très coquet, entouré d'un beau domaine sauvage, idéal pour les amoureux de la nature. Propriétaires très accueillants. Belle grande piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en contact la nature. A recommander.
