PetancaIn the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, La Ferme de L'Étang welcomes you all year round in its 2 adjoining gîtes, well appointed and each with a private terrace.
The well-landscaped property invites you to relax and get a change of scenery: you can even see my horses and goats parked in an enclosure nearby. You will also find a pétanque court and a play area for children (swing).
Your vacation rental includes:
• on the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, separate toilet, small laundry room
• floor: large landing 1 bedroom (with a 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (with 2 90x190 beds), 1 bathroom with toilet and shower
• private terrace of 40 m²
Electricity for rental: 8 kWh per day included
Heating is not included in the price
Large wooded property with common land.
The closest beach (3.9 km) is Keriec beach in Trélévern.
Trestel beach in Trévou Tréguignec is 4.7 km away
10 km from Perros-Guirec, 11 km from Lannion, 15 km from Trégastel.

"Gîte tout confort et très bien situé"
Gîte impeccable et parfaitement équipé, notamment pour une famille avec enfants. Il ne manque rien... Idéalement situé pour visiter. Hôtesse très agréable, arrangeante et disponible.
