Nestled in the heart of the Volcans d'Auvergne regional natural park, this place is ideal for hiking (Puy de Sancy, Pavin lake, Chauvet lake, Monts Dore, Puy Mary and the Dordogne gorges nearby), water sports and swimming (Bort-les-Orgues lake, Siauve and Val beaches).
You can practice skiing at the resort of Super-Besse and discover the built heritage of Cantal (castles of Val and Auzers).
This gîte is on the 1st floor, with independent entrance, of the owner's secondary residence, a house from 1892.
It benefits from a large semi-enclosed private plot with garden furniture, deck chairs and swings.
Kitchen area, living room with stove (free wood), flat screen TV and Hi-Fi system, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, mezzanine with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, shower room, separate toilet.
Electric heating included.
