Gîte La Villa Gaïa, a beautiful family house from the 70s, completely independent, renovated and air-conditioned, with a private and secure swimming pool surrounded by an enclosed garden, will allow you to enjoy the South-West sun in optimal comfort.
Close to a departmental road, the cottage is located in a residential development at the exit of Nérac, capital of Albret, very easy to access and close to all amenities. This gîte provides the ideal starting point for discovering all the cultural, sporting and gastronomic activities that our beautiful region offers, with family or friends.

Large living room/lounge opening onto the balcony and the garden, with sofas, dining table, flat screen TV, WiFi.
