The swimming pool heated to 29° has a telescopic shelter, the advantage of the shelter allows you to be warm inside in case of mixed weather, it can be fully or partially opened.
The 115 m² gîte is located upstairs (not suitable for people with reduced mobility) and offers, in addition to this area, a large terrace (24 m²) overlooking the Loir.
At your disposal, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen.
1 bathroom with large Italian shower and double sink. Independent WC.
