PiscinaGîte 1, aperto a metà 2022, è classificato 3* e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Si trova a Lacapelle-Marival (con il suo castello del XIII secolo) tra Figeac e Rocamadour.
Il Gîte 2 con una capacità di 12 persone è stato aperto a metà del 2023 e può essere affittato contemporaneamente (il che aumenta la capacità a 18 persone), contattare Vincent.
Lacapelle-Marival è una graziosa cittadina ben attrezzata, con negozi (Intermarché, panifici, farmacia, medico, dentisti, parrucchiere, ma anche brasserie e ristoranti...).
Il casolare si trova vicino al Parco Naturale Regionale Causses du Quercy.
Nel raggio di 1 ora di macchina troverete numerosi siti turistici e di svago:
- Siti del patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO (il Gouffre de Padirac, il castello di Assier, il castello di Castelnau-Bretenoux,...)
- villaggi classificati come i borghi più belli di Francia (Cardaillac, Autoire, Loubressac, Capdenac, Carennac, Martel)
- la città sacra di Rocamadour,
- la città medievale di Figeac, la città di Collonges-la-Rouge, Cahors, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, le Grottes de Pech Merle, le grotte di Près, nonché parchi o zoo (Parc Animalier de Gramat, Le Rocher des Aigles...), ma anche attività come l'arrampicata sugli alberi a Figeac, la canoa sulla Dordogna, sul Célé, sul Lot e naturalmente numerosi circuiti escursionistici o in mountain bike...
Gîte 1 fa parte di una bella proprietà tipica della regione dove il proprietario occupa la parte anteriore dell'edificio. Questo edificio comprende due gîtes situati uno vicino all'altro e affacciati sul giardino.
Dalla strada si possono parcheggiare facilmente le auto. Un cancello condiviso con il secondo gîte permette di accedere ad un piccolo vicolo e poi all'ingresso del gîte.
L'ingresso indipendente e riservato del villino si affaccia sul giardino fiorito ed alberato di circa 1000 mq comune a tutti i residenti della proprietà. Questo bellissimo giardino non è completamente chiuso, quindi non si accettano animali.
Al mattino il sole illumina l'ingresso privato e il terrazzo.
Gite 1 con una superficie di 77 m² è composto da un soggiorno (soggiorno/sala da pranzo con cucina a vista), 3 camere da letto (di cui 2 con lavabo) dotate di letto matrimoniale 140x190 cm + 1 letto aggiunto se necessario, bagno con acqua e WC separato.
Attrezzatura: caffettiera, bollitore, tostapane, piano cottura con piano cottura a induzione e forno, frigorifero e freezer, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, barbecue e piastra elettrica a disposizione, lavatrice, stendibiancheria.
Wi-Fi e TV disponibili
Su richiesta è possibile noleggiare un kit per bambini (seggiolone, lettino da viaggio, ecc.)

LIVING WELL TOGETHER:
At the lodge, it's: good humor, respect, sharing, kindness and tolerance.
PAYMENT: A deposit of 40% of the price of the stay is payable upon booking the stay (by bank transfer). The balance of the stay is payable 1 month before arrival at the gîte (by bank transfer). On arrival the tenant will give the owner a deposit check for €400 (uncashed). For all payments by bank check, we require the presentation of proof of identity. THE TOURIST TAX, in force in the town, must be paid at the end of your stay (€1.73/adult/day). Tenants will send the owner a certificate of their VILLEGIATURE civil liability insurance for the stay when booking (this is free and must be requested from their insurer).
IF THE STAY IS INTERRUPTED, no refund will be made. Likewise, in the event of early departure, the entire stay is due. Delays in arrival or early departures cannot under any circumstances give rise to a refund.
ANY CANCELLATION must reach us at least 1 full month before the arrival date. After this period of one full month, the entire rental cost is due. If following a reservation, tenants do not show up on their scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund.
ACCESS TO THE GITE in July and August: Saturday FROM 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated the following Saturday by 10:00 a.m.

"Agréable et fonctionnel"
Gîte fonctionnel, très propre et bien équipé. L accueil de l hôte est parfait. Maison très bien chauffée aussi.

"Super séjour à la Sérénité Marivaloise !"
Ce gîte respire la sérénité dans un bel endroit arboré proche du centre village et bien situé par rapport aux diverses sorties touristiques.
Très propre et équipé au complet nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison dans ce gîte.
Un bel accueil par le propriétaire Vincent n'a rien gâché au plaisir d'avoir passer un séjour séjour.
Je recommande !

"Très beau gîte, hôte très sympa"
3 chambres avec lit double, plus tout le confort moderne, au rez de jardin d'une maison de caractère, à proximité de Rocamadour, du gouffre de Padirac et de Figeac, idéalement placé. Last but not least, notre hôte est super agréable et de bon conseil pour les choses à voir dans le coin. Nous y étions pour les vacances de printemps, c'était parfait en famille. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

"Félicitations à Vincent"
Merci à Vincent pour son accueil et le logement qui est très satisfaisant : spacieux, agréable,calme et relativement frais malgré la canicule! En plus du logement, nous avons profité d'un grand jardin qui permettait d'être à l'ombre à toutes heures de la journée si nous le souhaitions. Bref, tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour ou d'agréables vacances sans soucis et l'esprit tranquille 🙂
