The latter is located on a wooded area of 40 hectares with its 15th century castle, its 1.7 hectare pond, its mill and its bread oven.

La Sellerie is an independent house of 36 m², on a plot of land with a terrace of around 38 m² with a view overlooking the castle, the pond and the surrounding fields with private parking.

You immediately feel good there with a living room-kitchen-lounge (wood stove, television) on the ground floor.

On the 1st floor: beautiful attic bedroom (1 double bed of 160) with open shower room and separate toilet.

The house of the estate is located 3 km from the village of Peyrat-la-Nonière with easy access to shops and services.
Fishing 4 km away - Etang de Chaux (roach, tench, perch, carp and pike) / fishing every day in July/August.
