It is a pleasant house for 4 people ideally located in a quiet area in a cul-de-sac known as the "village of La Bauduère". It's a popular spot for nature lovers, walkers and, above all, cyclists : there are plenty of cycle paths nearby for exploring Les Sables d'Olonne and the surrounding area.
It is composed of a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, another bedroom with 2 80x190 beds that can be converted into a 160 cm bed on request, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a veranda where you can have yours meals , a bathroom with 90x90 cm shower and toilet.
The house is not visible from the street and is located in a common courtyard where 3 other homes coexist which also have access.
You can easily access Sauveterre beach (3 km), the canal and the Vélodyssée (300 m from the gîte).
You will have free wifi and a television.
