Gîte La Saboterie

For a weekend, a week or more, come and enjoy an authentic gîte in the heart of the Bourbonnais bocage, in the small village of Treban, 5 km from the A79 Montmarault – Digoin motorway.

You will find many tourist activities around, the pretty village of Verneuil-en-Bourbonnais, Noyant-d'Allier and its pagoda, Souvigny, a Cluniac site, Bourbon-l'Archambault, a small spa town and its medieval castle. But don't forget the castles near us: Château de Boucherolles, les Aix, du Max, de Fontariol, de Fourchaud, etc...

Crossing the Saint-Pourçain vineyards to the conservatory of ancient grape varieties at the Château de Chareil-Cintrat, you can take a short walk in the Bouble gorges in Chantelle and continue on to Charroux, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France .

Calm walks to discover with the majestic Tronçais oak forest which is home to ponds for fishing and swimming areas to recharge your batteries.

Want some entertainment, let loose at the “Natural Wake Park” leisure center in Paray-sous-Briailles, at the Vieure lake and at the “Le Pal” amusement and animal park directly via the motorway to Saint-Pourçain-sur-Besbre.

Let's finish with Moulins, city of art and history and its National Center for Stage Costumes, Vichy, the queen of spa towns, and many other treasures to discover less than 50 km away.

Overlooking an interior courtyard, the house consists of:

- a dining room with wood stove and a separate living room with connected TV extending onto the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, espresso coffee maker) and its scullery (water point) leading to a small, quiet street.

- two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm double bed, one of which is upstairs with an additional 90x190 cm single bed and a small television for your cozy evenings.

- a bathroom with shower and towel radiator. Separate toilets on the ground floor.

- south-facing terrace with garden furniture and large parasol.

- garage available to put a car, motorcycles or bicycles. Access to the courtyard is closed by a sliding gate.
