On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen, living room 55 m² (central fireplace), bathroom, separate WC.
Floor: mezzanine (sofa 2 persons), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), shower room, WC.
Heating included. Free internet access. Free wood. 2 pets allowed. Possibility cleaning end of stay with supplement if animal. Private parking. Fishing in private pond on site.
Region of rivers and lakes including Pannecière-Chaumard, Settons: outdoor activities.
Numerous cultural sites: Bazoches (former residence of Vauban), Chatillon en Bazois (visit of the castle and its gardens), Vézelay (visit of the basilica and gourmet restaurant), Bibracte (archeological museum of the Celtic world), Autun, ancient Gallo city -romaine. Canal du Nivernais nearby.

"Très beau gîte"
Très beau gîte dans un cadre magnifique.
Mr Mercier est de très bon conseil.
Les petits ânes au bout du terrain sont également très sympathiques et raviront les enfants.

"Semaine parfaite dans la nature"
Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons dans les 2 maisons d André Mercier, et nous continuerons à venir autant que possible. Le cadre est verdoyant et magnifique, l accueil toujours aussi chaleureux et les maisons très fonctionnelles, on se sent "comme à la maison" et c est vraiment ce que nous recherchons! Je vous recommande de passer un séjour ici!
