La Minoterie, built in 1870, was transformed in 2008 into a dwelling house and today constitutes this character cottage with a capacity of 12 beds, a real haven of peace for convivial holidays, an unusual place for your family events, outings with friends or in a group…

The cottage is located only 30-35 min from La Roche-sur-Yon, Nantes & Challans and 50 min from the Vendée coast and Puy du Fou.

The cottage is classified 3 * in furnished accommodation.

Open on a fully fenced 3000 m² wooded park, the site is fully rented and is only occupied by tenants. It is not divisible and without vis-à-vis.

You will find everything you need for a successful holiday: with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, group living is very comfortable here.

The gite is made up of a kitchen dining room of 45 m² and a living room of the same surface, these 2 rooms developing under a ceiling height of approximately 6 m at the highest.
But also :
- 3 toilets (including 1 separate close to the living room)
- 2 bathrooms including 1 adjoining a bedroom
- 6 bedrooms including 2 mezzanines accessible by 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The mezzanines are each equipped with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed

The living room is equipped with table football, the games are yours, as well as internet access, but also board games and books for all ages.

For your summer comfort as well as your winter comfort, the cottage is equipped with a reversible heat pump system to preserve the environment.

2 outdoor terraces await you, including 1 with a barbecue to share good times around a grill.

The site is equipped with:
- a bioclimatic outdoor swimming pool (automated water treatment) 3 x 4 m and 1.50 m deep heated from May to September. It is completely fenced and accessible by secure gates
- a 6-seater spa including 1 reclining seat accessible all year round

A chair suspended in the trees and a swing allow you to bask in the park.

You also have a pétanque court.

A safe is available in the living room where you will find something to entertain you from the youngest age to... board games, books, magazines...

We can also put you in touch with our catering partners who can prepare meals for you either on your arrival or later during your stay, or even cook in front of you on site. If you wish, we can also offer you a wellness session directly on site.
We can also refer you to a skipper in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie for a sea baptism, a discovery day on the Ile d'Yeu or even a fishing day...
