Come and spend a stay with friends or family in our large renovated family house for 14 people, classified 3 stars, close to amenities (bakery, supermarket).

You will have the opportunity to enjoy all the activities of the Vendée bocage and in particular:
- The Puy du Fou at 6 km,
- the Vallée de Poupet and its privileged access to the Sèvre Nantaise as well as its festival 1 km away
- the beautiful town of Les Herbiers 15 km away with the Mont des Alouettes
- the different cities of character present locally
- or the Vendée beaches 50 minutes away

The house has all the comforts to spend excellent moments with friends or family, namely
- 5 bedrooms (including one on the ground floor)
- 4 double beds & 2 bunk beds
- 2 beds of 90 cm
- 3 shower rooms (including one on the ground floor) and 3 toilets (including one on the ground floor)
A small landscaped garden is accessible with its garden furniture to spend beautiful evenings around the barbecue.
A large garage is also available to serve as a games room with its ping-pong table or to secure your vehicles (eg cars, trailers, motorcycles or bicycles).

The house is decorated in a contemporary spirit and equipped for the comfort of its travelers.

The accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms for a total of 14 beds:
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor → 1 bed of 180x190 cm
Bedroom 2 upstairs → 1 bed of 140x190 cm + 1 bunk bed of 90x190
Bedroom 3 upstairs → 1 bed of 140x190 cm + 1 bunk bed of 90x190
Bedroom 4 upstairs → 2 beds of 90x190 cm
Bedroom 5 upstairs → 1 bed of 180x190 cm

The ground floor consists of a shower room with WC.
The floor includes 2 shower rooms with 2 separate toilets.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges and a washing machine is also available.
The accommodation also has a large TV in the living room as well as WiFi.
A baby seat is available in the cottage as well as a cot + mattress and games & books for children.
Possibility of bike rentals at an additional cost.

The essential shops are 30 m from the house (bakery, supermarket, press, etc.)

We provide disposable mattress protectors and pillowcases as well as fleece blankets for each bed. The rest of the household linen is not provided.

From €290 per night with cleaning included.
Weekly rental possible. Rates according to season & decreasing according to the number of nights.
Possibility of renting only part of the gîte at a reduced rate.
