The latter is located on a wooded area of 40 hectares with its 15th century castle, its 1.7 hectare pond, its mill and its bread oven.

The estate's house is an independent house of 110 m², on enclosed grounds of around 2000 m² with a view overlooking the castle, the pond and the surrounding fields with private parking.

You immediately feel good there with a large kitchen-dining room, inviting conviviality, a warm atmosphere in the lounge area, three bright bedrooms on the first floor with bathroom and separate WC.

You will be able to enjoy the Welsh ponies and donkeys of the estate, which frolic in the meadows and walks around the pond.

This place is an ideal starting point for many hikes or bike rides in the surrounding countryside and forests.

The house of the estate is located 3 km from the village of Peyrat-la-Nonière with easy access to shops and services.
Fishing 4 km away - Etang de Chaux (roach, tench, perch, carp and pike) / fishing every day in July/August.
