You can start your day with a baguette and croissants because the stores including bakeries are already open from 7 a.m. in the morning.

The bike route from Trondheim in Norway to the South of Spain passes through Mézin.
We are here on the edge of the Landes forests and on the edge of the Gers, the first bastide Fourcès is 6 km away.
Condom in Gers is 15 km away and Nérac in Lot-et-Garonne is 12 km away. In these 2 towns you find supermarkets.
On Sunday and Thursday morning there is a market in Mézin and a gourmet market on Monday evenings in summer and almost every day in the surrounding towns.
The Albret region is known for its quality of life, regional products, Armagnac, Floc, wine and there are many estates and farms to visit where you can taste before buying.
There are very good restaurants at very affordable prices.
