Completely renovated in 2022, in the charm of the old and cocooning atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, living room with TV and internet access by free WiFi, this house will allow you to spend pleasant moments near the Burgundy Canal (150 m), place conducive to beautiful family outings on foot or by bike.
Many pedestrian circuits will allow you to discover the region.
You will be welcomed by Marie the owner. She will show you around the house that she has renovated and furnished in a family spirit so that you feel at home.
Marie lives on the other side of the courtyard and will take care of your comfort during your stay, in complete discretion.

The house is on 3 levels with a straight staircase leading to the 1st floor and a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom in the attic.

The House of Mary offers you
• on the ground floor :
- fitted kitchen: electric cooker with oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table and 4 chairs
- living room: oval table and 4 chairs, convertible leather sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs, console, TV cabinet + TV
- Bathroom: walk-in shower with window, separate WC
- boiler room: oil condensing boiler, electric cumulus, waste sorting containers
• 1st floor: corridor leading to 1 large bedroom with 160 cm bed + wardrobe and chest of drawers and a small bedroom with 90 cm bed, armchair and wardrobe
• 2nd floor: 1 bedroom in the attic with a 140 bed, a BZ sofa and cupboards.

The rooms are equipped with bedside tables, bedside lamps.
The 2 skylights are fitted with blackout blinds.
Extra bed for baby, high chair, booster seat, foldable bath and potty are available free of charge.

Saint-Rémy is located in the Côte d'Or, 4 km from Montbard, a town served by a TGV station. The village is crossed by the La Brenne river and the Burgundy canal.
