We are located 3 km from Elven where you will find all the essential shops.
Trédion Castle is 10 minutes (6.5 km), Vannes 20 minutes and the first beaches within 30 minutes.
The environment: proximity to nature, Breton tourism or haro on the Gulf!
From Kerduré, the hollidays will take you by mountain bike or on foot in the moors of Lanvaux in search of Neolithic sites.
But also to discover the castle of Kerfily and its 17th century doorway or the charming hamlet of St Germain with its 15th century chapel.
By taking the car, you will be in 20 minutes in the heart of the beautiful city of Vannes or Rochefort en Terre, or forest of Brocéliande, 30 minutes from the pier to the Gulf Islands or 40 minutes from the abbey from St Gildas de Rhuys or the beaches of the ocean.

"Un séjour formidable"
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la longere
Super accueil, hôtes arrangeant et très gentils.
Le logement est tout à fait pratique avec un enfant en Bas âge ,cosy et il ne manque rien. De plus c’était très propre.
Les extérieurs sont un vrai plus!
Bref, nous recommandons fortement ce gîte et nous y reviendrons très vite avec plaisir !

Excellent accueil lors de notre réunion familiale (8 personnes). Gîte sympa et bien décoré. Très bon petit déjeuner ! Les propriétaires ont été disponibles, accomodants et... sympa !

Adresse à retenir sans hésiter. Rien à redire : propreté, environnement ,confort ! service avec accueil chaleureux ! on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps...

Tout est Parfait, de l'accueil, au confort, aux équipements, sans parler du petit déjeuner copieux yaourts et confitures maison et je jus de fruit frais. Nous le recommandons.

De belles et bonnes vacances dans ce lieu reposant, restauré avec goût dans un style campagnard que nous apprécions, beau, spacieux, confortable, idéal pour notre famille. Une situation géographique intéressante côté services et pour des balades entre terre et océan. Des propriétaires accueillants, chaleureux, bienveillants, disponibles et discrets. De bons moments partagés, un séjour agréable, l'envie de revenir.

"Fabuleux"
Beaucoup de charme, longère restaurée avec goût. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et à l’écoute. L’endroit est calme, propre et bien placé pour faire de belles balades dans la nature. Je recommande sans hésitation et je reviendrai pour des vacances !
