The house is an independent and comfortable gîte, composed of:
• on the ground floor, a kitchen opening onto a spacious living room with flat screen TV and wood stove, a bathroom, a separate toilet.
• on the 1st floor there is a mezzanine with 2 twin beds for one person, a bedroom with a double bed (140), a second bedroom with its king size bed (180), and a separate toilet.
You will have a quiet terrace with a breathtaking view; you can enjoy the salt swimming pool (11 x 5 m), shared by the 4 houses.
Free baby equipment on request.
Towels, bed and household linen provided, beds made on arrival.
On the tourism side, the activities in Cantal are numerous and varied: canoeing in Vieillevie, swimming, fishing, international street theater festival in Aurillac, country market in Maurs, visit to Salers with its cheese museum, and much more. more to discover...
Also take advantage of the proximity to the Lot and Aveyron, in particular Conques, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
You will find 5 minutes away, in the village of Cassaniouze, a bakery, a local shop and also something to eat at "L'atelier gourmand des voyageurs", or "La trout qui chante" in Saint-Projet.

En cas de non présentation du client, le contrat est résilié ; les arrhes sont acquises au propriétaire qui peut alors disposer de la location.
