Martel is ideally located in the heart of prestigious tourist sites (Rocammadour, Padirac, Dordogne valley, etc.)
You will be welcomed by the couple of retired owners, in a friendly and comfortable setting.
The house has been completely renovated this year.
The 7 x 15 m swimming pool is secure and heated, shared only with the couple of owners who maintain the area.
All the shops are in the village, a traditional market is in place on Wednesday and Saturday.

"Convivial"
Logement refait à neuf, très bien équipé, confortable avec une terrasse agréable. Le logement est idéal car bien situé pour profiter de l’ensemble des sites remarquables des départements du Lot et de la Dordogne. Enfin, Cathy et Dominique sont des hôtes très sympas et accueillants qui vous transmettront notamment l’amour de leur beau territoire.
