Nature, hiking, cycling and even fine dining : Everything is present and possible at our little corner of paradise!

This little paradise is situated between the picturesque town of Sault, known for its lavender specialties, and the charming village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, stretching over the hills of the Luberon.

Our sixteenth century farmhouse, beautifully restored in the Provencal tradition, and the adjacent cottage are located in a small valley amidst the lavender fields of the Luberon Regional Park Forest at 1000 mtr above sea level, offering an unforgettable view on the famous Mont Ventoux, the giant of Provence.

The owners, Hans and Tiny de Bruin live just around the corner of the cottage "La Fénière" where they also manage "La Table du Bonheur", a B&B, where 3 comfortable rooms are available and where you also might, if you wish, enjoy the cooking skills of Chef Hans.
17 years ago, the former owner-chef of a Michelin starred restaurant left the hectic restaurant life to settle down at the paradisiacal setting of Savouillon with his wife Tiny.

For a very reasonable price, you can treat yourself with a delicious gourmet meal composed of the best products the Provençe has to offer, served either on the terrace or in the charming living room.

Hans and Tiny are always available to provide information and to answer your questions. They are happy to make your stay unforgettable.
Description of Cottage "La Fénière"

The cottage can accommodate 5 persons and has a living area of 100 m2.
Private entrance and parking at a private terrain of 3000m2, reserved for the tenants of La Fénière.

Terrace with BBQ southwest side, with a beautiful view at the lavender fields.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and one with a double bed.
A cot and extra beds are also available.
Spacious living room with, if needed, a sofa bed for two.
Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Well functioning open fireplace with the possibility to buy wood at purchase price.
Satellite TV and free WiFi.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Sheets and towels provided.
Central heating (if necessary) included.
You can choose to clean up yourself at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to do so, we charge 60 euros to have it done.

Paragliding in Saint-Jean de Sault and Sederon
Provencal markets Sault, Apt, Carpentras, Gordes, etc.
Every Sunday, a large flea market and antiques (the largest in Europe) in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
Wine tastings and visits to several wineries in this région. All at 30/40 minute drive at the maximum.

At Sault, the nearest town (8 km), you will find everything you need: supermarket, bakery, shops, cafes, pretty terraces and of course the Touristoffice!
In the neighbouring towns and villages you can visit almost every day a picturesque Provençal market.
With our central location, you can also make trips to cities such as Avignon, Orange or Aix en Provence.
Other recommended visits are hikes to ochres of Roussillon and the Provencal Colorado in Rustrel, the villages of Gordes and Isle sur la Sorgue and the charming Senanque Abbey.
Bonnieux, Lacoste and Lourmarin are also picturesque villages to discover.
In addition, you are about an hour and a half drive from the French Riviera and the Alps.

But if you choose to stay around the house or your room, there is enough to discover. From Savouillon you will find several well signposted hikingtracks, leading the cyclist or the hiker through the forests and lavender fields. The Luberon Regional Park is rich in game and it happens that you pass during your walks a herd of deer or you have the chance to watch from a distance a family of wild boars.
