In the old renovated village school, the 110 m² gîte offers 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen living room, 1 mezzanine and 1 wellness room equipped with a Finnish sauna and 1 relaxation area. The courtyard and the courtyard are particularly suitable for children's play and security is ensured, the entire property being enclosed
The ground floor of the gîte, the garden, the courtyard and the courtyard are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Starting point for numerous hikes on foot or by bike in a still preserved bocage, the gîte is located on the route of the “Argenton valley” cycle route (towards Vélo Francette) and 3 km from the Voie Verte towards Bressuire.
