This independent cottage is ideal for a family or friends.
Located on the edge of the forest in the north of Berry and on the edge of Sologne, it will offer you beautiful walks.
The small town of Vignoux-sur-Barangeon offers you various local shops (bakery, newspaper tobacconist, café restaurants, wine cellar, hairdresser, market, etc.)

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the gîte and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The cottage includes an entrance hall, a living dining room (plus a 140x190 bed, TV, free WiFi) with a balcony, an equipped kitchen, a shower room, a separate WC, 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 3 90x190 beds, cot, cot on request), a basement where the washing machine is located, a 1000 m² enclosed garden with barbecue and garden furniture.
This cottage is equipped with electric heating.

Near the cottage, you will find the forest 2 minutes walk away, a City Stadium, a tennis court, football stadium, a pétanque court (opposite the post office)...
