You will enter a large open living room.
The living room area is equipped with a comfortable 160x200 convertible sofa and a connected TV.
The kitchen area is perfectly equipped so that you don't miss anything: cooking, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dishes and utensils.
Upstairs, a mezzanine opening onto the living room offers a spacious bedroom with new 160x200 bedding, a small office, a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and WC.
WiFi allows teleworking if necessary.
A covered outdoor patio completes the house, lit in the evening. Garden furniture and electric plancha are at your disposal.
Bed linen with bed made on arrival, and towels are provided.
You will enjoy your stay in summer, the stone retains freshness, the accommodation is equipped with mosquito nets, your nights will be peaceful.
Coffee, tea, jam... will be available as well as a refreshing drink.
** the shops are in Saint-Savinien supermarket U with fish and oysters direct from Oléron on Sunday mornings in the store parking lot.
** a catering butcher comes to your door on Tuesday evening 6/7 p.m., Bernard will be happy to serve you his wonderful Charentais pâté

Si le locataire ne se manifeste pas dans les 24 heures qui suivent la date d'arrivée indiquée sur le contrat, le présent contrat devient nul et le propriétaire peut disposer de son logement et le solde lui reste acquis.
Si le séjour est écourté, le prix de la location reste acquis au propriétaire. Il ne sera procédé à aucun remboursement.
