* 1 fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher (NEW KITCHEN)
* 1 living room with TV, sofa bed, poufs
* 1 large bathroom: walk-in shower, towel dryer, washing machine
* 1 separate toilet
Outside
* 2 garden furniture including 1 sheltered
* 1 permanent barbecue
* 1 large garden space with free parking space.
On site, numerous marked hiking trails, river 300m away
2 lakes (20 min)
Practice of GEOCACHING
Sites are unmissable: Mt Gerbier de Jonc (source of the Loire). Mt Mezenc, Ray Pic waterfall, Rocher de Soutron and its chapel with 360° view
You will be able to do
* a family outing on the Dolce Via (former converted railway line)
walking, cycling, Rosalie...
*practice tree climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking...
*Visit the Workshop AND the Jewel House, the Trades Ark, the Astronomy Centre, the Wind School, Ardelaine...
Descent of the Eyrieux by canoe (30 mins)
* Summer tobogganing 25 minutes away
