Domaine de Montsalvy is located between the famous rivers, the Lot and the Dordogne, in the region known as "la Bouriane", a gentle rolling countryside, with trees and small pastures.

Garden Cottage
If you follow the path at the back of the Farm you will find the Gîte du Jardin, completely renovated in spring 2014. It offers you peace and solitude, not too far from the other properties. It has a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a large shower, a separate toilet and a very comfortable double bedroom. Going down two small steps takes you to a bedroom with two single beds.
Le Gîte du Jardin has two private terraces with exceptional views over the fields, a small valley and a wood. One of the terraces, accessible from the living room, consists of a table, chairs, a barbecue and a parasol, partially shaded by a walnut tree, it allows you to enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day. On the second terrace below, you can relax in complete peace on its 2 deck chairs. Le Gîte du Jardin has private parking.
This cottage is equipped with central heating for spring and autumn nights, making it also very pleasant for off-season rentals, in winter.

The domain offers you:

- A 19th century farm with an 18th century dovecote
