Independent gîte, all made of stone, on a 7,000 m² property in the countryside, 15 minutes from Périgueux, guaranteed peace and quiet.
A living area equipped with a convertible sofa for children, a dining room is located near the fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, a separate toilet, a bedroom for 2 people and a patio equipped with a real barbecue and its dining area.
You can also enjoy a private part of the grounds with garden furniture and deckchairs not directly overlooked for moments of rest.
