We will welcome you in this small but comfortable gite for 2 adults with baby or young teenager.
The maximum has been done for your well-being and serenity.
On one level, you enter the fitted kitchen. Dishwasher, combi microwave and cooking oven, 2 electric rings, fridge-freezer. Dining area with bench seat. Washing machine in the garage.
Non-smoking house inside.
The 12 m² bedroom (flat screen TV/DVD player) with pool access awaits you, with a 160 bed, large travel cot for babies up to 3 years old. Storage and wardrobe. On request it can be replaced by a 90 bed.
Next, shower room with window, walk-in shower and wc.
The strong point of this gîte, its 49 m² covered terrace where you can dine near the gas barbecue, enjoy the living room, or relax near the 4 x 8.5 m secure swimming pool, barrier and lockable door.
Covered parking. Bikers welcome.
This without vis-à-vis the owner.
This cocoon is located on the causses of Quercy, 6 km from Martel - medieval village, its site, its restaurants and its tourist train to discover the Dordogne valley. Its shops, market, bank, pharmacy.
3 departments rub shoulders, Lot, Corrèze and Dordogne
The Lot and its many sites: Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Padirac, its gastronomy and regional products will be offered to you as in the Dordogne (24) at Sarlat, 36 km, its canoe trips, the Lascaux caves, its many gardens as well as the Corrèze (19), Brive and its buildings, the Brassens market and its most beautiful villages, Turenne, Collonges-la-Rouge 17 km.
If you prefer calm and walking, many hiking trails start from the house.
Bowls, badminton game available.
Animals on request from the owner because the land is not completely closed. 1 ha.

Coming from Paris by the A20, direction Toulouse, always pass Brive Dion Toulouse/Rodez until exit N° 53 Cressensac. Go to the village and cross it, at the exit you are on the D820 which you leave a little further to take the D840 on the left towards Martel.
Rocamadour for about 3 km passing the motorway roundabout on your right, continue D840 for 3 km, go in the direction of Cuzance centre, immediately after the car park turn right on the road to Lagarrigue. 200 m approximately, the lodging is indicated to you.
Coming from Toulouse, motorway exit at Souillac, at the rd point - 3rd on the right then straight ahead until the next rd point, immediately take the 1st right Dion Brive by D820 for 9 km.
Then D34 Cuzance, cross the village to the crossroads in front of the town hall/school, turn left D33 L'Hôpital St Jean for 500 m, turn right La garrigue, carry out 500m panel gîte Thomas.
