Domaine de Montsalvy is located between the famous rivers, the Lot and the Dordogne, in the region known as "la Bouriane", a gentle rolling countryside, with trees and small pastures.

La Grange is located between Le Gîte du Jardin and Papillon, with a pleasant view of the vegetable garden, the terrace, the lawn and the swimming pool. Thanks to this quiet location, this gîte offers a good compromise between your privacy and contact with the guests of other gîtes. On its intimate terrace you will find a table with wooden chairs, a parasol and a barbecue. The lamp and candle holders attached to the exterior walls give you the opportunity to enjoy summer nights even longer.

In 2009, La Grange was converted into a gîte. It was originally a tobacco drying barn, a large open space where tobacco leaves were hung from the ceiling for drying. Its original character has been preserved, only the bathroom is separated by a wall. The first floor is a lovely mezzanine with two very comfortable twin beds. On the ground floor you will find the lounge area, very bright with a double sofa bed, two leather armchairs, a large table, and an LCD-DVD with connection for laptop and MP4, as well as a kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with a dishwasher, a large stove with an electric oven and a hood. The bathroom has a luxurious shower and toilet.
La Grange with its old oak beams and ocher limestone walls provides an exceptional atmosphere for your vacation and is suitable for 2 to 4 people.

- A 19th century farm with an 18th century dovecote
- 6 Gîtes (Butterfly, Fig, Catalpa, Vine, Barn and Garden Gîte)
