Our cottage, with a capacity of 8-9 people, is ideal for coming and relaxing with family or friends.
It is located in a hamlet near the town center of Lye to benefit from amenities (bakery, supermarket), close to the Beauval zoo (10 km) and the Loire castles (Valençay, Cheverny, Chenonceaux, Chambord, etc.)
This house located in a peaceful location is ideal for hiking and close to wine estates which will allow you to discover the wines of our region.

On the ground floor, you will find:
- a large entrance with wardrobe and staircase for access to bedrooms located upstairs
- an equipped kitchen and a laundry room
- a living room with a dining room and a lounge
- sanitary facilities: toilet and small bathroom with shower and sink

Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area distributed as follows:
- the landing which offers 3 individual beds (3 beds of 90x190 each), ideal for sleeping your children. Toys are also available in this space to keep your little ones occupied
- bedroom 1: a double bed measuring 140x190
- bedroom 2: a double bed measuring 160x190
- bedroom 3: a double bed measuring 140x190
- a bathroom with double sink and shower
- a separate toilet

The house offers a large exterior with a large terrace, private parking, enclosed garden and opening to the courtyard with electric gate.
