Possibility of accommodating up to 15 people + 2 young children if we combine our 2 gîtes which are located in the same house. (availability on request).
Gîte of 120 m² renovated. 1st floor and attic. covered terrace of 6m x 3m. Mosquito nets on the windows. No smoking inside
10 minutes from the motorway, 35 minutes from Europa-Park and Rulantica.
Close to the wine route, Champs du feu, Colmar and Strasbourg, Gérardmer and ski resorts.
From the end of November and in December, numerous Christmas markets in the surrounding villages. You will find the magic of Christmas in our gîte.
Ideally located for many activities and magnificent places to visit.
Possibility to rent weekends as well as Monday to Friday depending on availability. Rental of 3 nights minimum.
This gîte is suitable for family stays and not for stag and hen parties.
5 bedrooms including 1 dormitory room with 3 90 cm beds, 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 2 bathrooms with double sinks and walk-in showers, 2 WC, 1 games room, 1 open kitchen.
Equipped kitchen: 90 cm stove with oven and induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, combined fridge, toaster, planchas, raclette and crepe party machines. 50-inch TV and WiFi

"Excellente adresse!"
Le logement est parfaitement identique au descriptif, spacieux, très fonctionnel et super équipé (équipement bébé sur demande). Propreté impeccable. A 40 mn d’Europa Park, 10 mn de Selestat. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci à Katia et Franck pour leur accueil attentionné et leur disponibilité !

"Séjour nouvel an"
Séjour super pour le nouvel an entre amis.
Le logement est idéal pour plusieurs familles avec une salle de jeux top a l'étage pour que les enfants s'éclatent.
Nous avons été très bien reçu avec des petites attentions très sympa.

Pour un séjour dans la région nous recommandons le cocon du ried et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner

"Beau gîte confortable proche de Sélestat"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la belle maison de Katy et Frank - elle est spacieuse, confortable, toute équipée, et idéalement située près de Sélestat (entre Colmar et Strasbourg). Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli, répondant à nos attentes et s’adaptant à nos besoins (par exemple nous étions 3 couples - ils ont assemblé 2 lits simples pour en faire un double). Je recommande vivement ce gîte à tous les groupes de 6 personnes et plus !

"Weekend saint nicolas"
Un séjour parfait dans un super logement, nous étions 8 adultes et 3 enfants. On s’y sent comme à la maison, bien équipé, tout est pratique. Place de parking privé. Et surtout des super propriétaires à l’écoute et disponibles. On reviendra
