Swimming-poolRenovated in 2023, the Tour gîte can accommodate up to 6/8 people and has a surface area of approximately 90 m² (72 m² Carrez law) in duplex. This gîte is located in what was a barn in 1887, facing west, with its own entrance.
On the 1st level: an open fitted kitchen, dining room and living room of 27 m², 1 adult bedroom of 10.6 m² (140 cm bed), 1 child bedroom of 9 m2 (2 trundle beds of 90 cm), 1 bathroom water with WC of 5 m².
On the 2nd level: 1 TV lounge of 20 m² (15 m² Carrez law), 1 master bedroom (160 cm bed) with its private shower room/WC of 25 m² (18 m² Carrez law).
Rooms mainly lit by skylights.
You also benefit from this beautiful set:
