In the calm of the Normandy countryside, this sandstone house of approximately 100 m² can accommodate up to 8 people.
Very well located, between Veules-les-Roses and Saint-Valery-en-Caux, there is no shortage of natural, sporting or cultural activities in the immediate vicinity!

This cottage has:
• on the ground floor: a kitchen open to a large living room, a bedroom offering a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet
• upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) leads to a second adjoining bedroom offering two 90x200 cm beds (possibility on request to bring the beds together to make a 180x200 bed).
On the other side, a corridor with space for children first allows access to a bathroom with shower and WC, then to a final bedroom with double bed (160x200) and a baby bed.

On the exterior side, you can enjoy a beautiful 44 m² south-facing terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue as well as a 500 m² enclosed garden.
A garden shed will allow you to store bicycles, beach games, etc.
You can park your cars in complete peace of mind in the parking lot adjoining the gîte.
