the house is located in Baie de Somme in Saint Valery sur Somme. It is adjoining another gîte that we own.

The gîte "L'escale aux oiseaux", new single storey of 72 m² with 2 bedrooms, for 4 people (children included), includes:
- a new equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section)
- a dining area
- a living room with TV
- 1 bedroom with a large 160x200 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds
- a bathroom with large walk-in shower, disabled toilet, washing machine
- 1 separate toilet
- terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
- small enclosed garden
- one private parking space per house
- VMC

The house is located 5 minutes walk from the Carrefour Market and 10 minutes walk from the port.

the gîte is adjoining another gîte that we own. If the gîte "l'escale aux oiseaux" is not available, do not hesitate to contact us for the adjoining gîte "nature et bay"
