Any cancellation must be notified in writing (with acknowledgment of receipt) to the owner:
- Cancellation before arrival at the premises:
The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may also keep the balance of the amount of the stay (with the exception of additional costs, such as: energy costs (and possibly tourist taxes), if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date. entry into the premises.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this rental contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his rural gîte. The deposit and the balance of the stay also remain with the owner.

- Shortened stay:
If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.

Cancellation by owner:
The owner pays the tenant all of the sums paid by the latter.

We rent "à la carte" (2 nights min), EXCEPT in High Season (between July 6, 2024 and August 24, 2024, and, during the 2 weeks of Christmas - New Year), where it is, in principle, for the whole week!

POSSIBILITY to rent ONE night only, on request.
The difference with the price for 2 nights will not be huge (the fixed costs are the same!)

! Concerning a rental of 2, 3, 4 (or 5) nights during the week, the price of the first night is equivalent to the price indicated for 1 weekend night (there are fixed costs). In the event of a request, I WILL CORRECT THE PRICE OF THE QUOTE proposed, when I respond. Thank you for your understanding ! (I didn't find the trick...).

OUT OF SEASON, possibility of renting for a week (not COMPULSORY from Saturday to Saturday) with a preferential rate. Contact us !

Arrival and departure times are different between weekend rentals and week-long rentals. We'll figure it out step by step!

Energy costs extra: tiled wood stove + central heating (5 radiators).

In June-July-August: €8.50/2 nights and €3.5/additional night, or €26/week (fuel oil only for hot water)
In May and September: €24/2 nights and €8.50/additional night, or €66/week.
In October, March and April: €48/2 nights and €15.50/additional night, or €125/week.
From November to February: €90/2 nights and €27.50/additional night, or €227/week
Electricity is priced at €0.25/KW

Cleaning and bedding for 14 people are included. Possibility of 1 person on an extra bed, at €15/night (€5 for a stay of 7 nights or more).
Possibility to rent table and bathroom linen. POSSIBILITY “beds made on arrival” (€3/single bed, €5/double bed).

To be a little more comfortable, you can rent, in part, the adjoining gîte "Clémentine" also on Cybevasion! (communication through an interior door) on condition of not exceeding 15 people, with adapted price.
