Gennes-sur-Seiche is located 20 minutes from Vitré.

The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a living room with lounge area and an open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge). A bathroom with shower and dry toilet.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms
- bedroom 1: a 140 cm bed
- bedroom 2: a 90 cm bed
- bedroom 3: a 90cm bed
The accommodation opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a lawn
