Gîte du Prieuré de Rogerville

The cottage is located in the Domaine du Prieuré de Rogerville, a 12th century manor house recognized by the Heritage Foundation.

The park is wooded and covers more than 1.3 hectares. You will have the leisure to stroll in this area with a bicentennial pear tree, a 60-year-old American Oak, a 50-year-old weeping soil, and several species of trees and flowers.
The domain is secure and closed by fences all around, as well as an electric gate at the entrance. A car park is at your disposal.

The cottage has an independent entrance and is located in an 18th century farmhouse.
It has an area of 50m2 with an attic floor.
It is composed on the ground floor of a living area with sofa, TV and side tables.
A shower room (90 * 90) made of travertine, including a hairdryer, hand towels, shower towels and soap.
Independent suspended toilet and also made of travertine.
A kitchen and dining area. The fitted kitchen: fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Tablecloths and tea towels are also provided.
A minimum of extra is on site: filter, coffee, tea, bottle of water, film, aluminum, garbage bag, paper towel, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
You will find all the utensils on site to make good savory and sweet dishes according to your desires.
The dining area includes a round table for 4 people with 4 chairs equipped with its small cushions for your comfort.

Upstairs, there is a large sleeping area with a 140 * 200cm bed, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps, sockets and switches near the bed and 2 electric skylights with blackout blinds.
Also 2 storage spaces (hangers and lockers) on either side of the bed.
A massage chair upstairs will give you time to relax.
Possibility of adding a 90 * 190cm single bed and a travel cot to accommodate a baby.

_ 2 deckchairs to relax in the garden

Authorizations:
_ Animals are accepted, but must remain on the ground floor and be kept on a leash outside. Bags will be at your disposal in the lodge in order to keep the garden clean for all.
_ It is only allowed to smoke outside, an ashtray is placed at your disposal on the garden table.
