Gîte du pré des Champs

Gite for two adults and two children, located at the exit of Vayrac going to the Dordogne.

This cottage is composed of a living room, dining area and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher)
; on 32 m² on the ground floor and on the first floor under the roof, a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom (bed area) with two single beds and a bathroom with shower; sink and WC.

The cottage's garden has a 50 m² swimming pool with small pebble beaches, all sunny from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. so that the pool water is Mediterranean.
The garden has a platform for outdoor games and a paved terrace for meals and another for aperitifs.

A large number of tourist destinations (22), between 10 and 30 km, such as ROCAMADOUR can be visited all around the gîte and the Dordogne valley between Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne and Souillac is the most beautiful part of this splendid river with Vayrac at middle of the two cities, bicycles are at your disposal to visit it.

The cottage is separated from the main house and the harmonious vegetation ensures discretion compared to the main house.
The garden is maintained by us.

A canoe base is 700 m away and other sports such as hiking, paragliding, fishing, golf are nearby.
Vayrac has all the necessary shops, many distribution brands are nearby.
