In the south of Auvergne, between Clermont-Ferrand and Le Puy-en-Velay, the Pradal gîte (for 4 to 10 people maximum) welcomes you to a house of character, fully restored, independent, with every comfort. Without forgetting the swimming pool surrounded by nature.

In the surrounding area you can practice many activities: canoeing, rafting, hiking and horse riding, motorbikes... (shelters for motorbikes/bikes...)

Located at the entrance to the hamlet, the gîte is open from Easter to All Saints' Day.
Outside of school holidays, you can choose your day of arrival and your length of stay

The cottage has all the necessary comfort, 5 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, 1 fully equipped kitchen, living room, glazed wood stove, underfloor heating on the ground floor. ground floor, 1 terrace with a superb panorama, barbecue and deckchairs.

You will find the ideal place to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends.

The little extra this year: the 6-person cottage having been sold, you can enjoy the swimming pool (heated by solar panels) shared with the owners.

The swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Parties and evenings are not allowed.
