Refurbished and decorated with photos of the attractions of the region (Vineyard, Loire, Castles), this house on two levels has:
- a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room and the wooden terrace
- a large bedroom including a double bed (160x200) with two box springs and 2 mattresses. This bed can be converted into two single beds if you request it at the time of your reservation, and a very practical and very comfortable convertible armchair (single sofa bed) (80x190 unfolded armchair, on which I place a mattress topper very soft)
- a bedroom/office with a double bed (160x200)
(the cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of the staircase which leads to the first floor where the second bedroom, living room and kitchen are located)
- a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC
Equipment:
Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, raclette service, etc.
Baby cot available free of charge on request, high chair, safety barrier
Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, drying rack
Outside terrace: garden table and chairs, parasol, gas barbecue with grill
Outside courtyard: garden furniture (sofa, armchairs, coffee table)

Le gite de Dominique est magnifique ! calme, cosy, bien placé pour visiter la région, clair, lumineux, meublé et décoré avec gout, il ne manque rien, il n'y a rien à dire, juste on y est bien, on a juste envie d'y revenir ! Merci de votre gentillesse, et de ce superbe gite, que nous ne manquerons pas de louer autour de chez nous et de recommander ! Nous aurons certainement l'occasion d'y revenir, venant à Vouvray assez souvent

"MARIAGE EN TOURAINE"
Very warm welcome. Very pleasant cottage, no noise, the shops are just a stone's throw away, a very beautiful region to visit and of course don't leave without tasting the VOUVRAY.

We stayed with our three daughters this summer in this very pleasant cottage where everything is designed to make the tenant feel at home!
