Le Paravis is a small hamlet in the South-West located in the heart of the Garonne valley in the middle of apple orchards, peach trees and kiwis near the plum country.
It sits on the left bank of the Garonne, very close to the confluence of the Lot, between plain and hillsides.
Located on the GR 654 (Saint-Jacques de Compostelle), near the greenway of the Lateral Canal to La Garonne, you will appreciate the calm and the beauty of the rural landscapes.
A few nearby villages are worth a visit for history and old stone enthusiasts, Clermont-Dessous which dominates the valley, the Bastide de Vianne sur La Baïse with its farmer's market (meals from producers to be enjoyed on site, every Friday evening in summer) and the town of Nérac where you will discover the castle of Henri IV.
The Walibi amusement park 25 minutes away will delight young and old.
On the relaxation side, Damazan Lake (10 min) offers swimming and water skiing on a permanent course (principle of the ski lift).
Wine lovers will enthusiastically discover the cellar of Buzet (10 min) and its various wines.

The cottage has a large private lot where children can indulge in various outdoor games.
A barbecue is at your disposal to enhance the evenings on the terrace where you can cook local specialties (magrets, confits, ventrèches, etc.)
You will then enjoy relaxing in our SPA (5 places) or the 7.5 x 4m swimming pool.
