Located just before the entrance of the marsh Guines towards Attaques and Calais.
It has a fully enclosed plot of 1000 m² consisting of a parking, a terrace and a lawn, all facing south.
New: for children (swing)
It is equipped with all comfort for 2 to 4 people maximum.
Equipment detail: flat screen TV + TNT + DVD player
Kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge and small freezer.
Bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine
Bedding details: 1 double bed (sheets 140x190), 2 single beds (sheets 90x200), pillows (45x45) duvets + blankets polar
Animals are allowed under conditions (you must take them on the road, thank you for your understanding).
Shops are nearby (3 km, bakery 1 km)
Calais and the sea are about ten km
Ardres and its lake are 6 km away.

"Un gîte superbe"
Un gîte très bien, avec un accueil très agréable Mme boulanger est à votre écoute,gite bien équipé,calme avec une terrasse ou nous avons passé de bon repas. moi je recommande et je reviendrai. encore merci.

Agréable et reposant gîte. Les chambres à coucher sont bien insonorisées, j'ai le sommeil léger c'est pour ça que je précise. Très beaux espaces extérieurs jardin terrasse et voiture

"MAGNIFIQUE !"
Que du Bonheur... Un accueil très chaleureux des Propriétaires. C'est très réconfortant de nos jours. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Je recommande ce gîte très confortable où rien ne manque avec un super terrain. Tout est parfait ! Très bon goût pour la décoration ! Un grand MERCI à Mr & Mme BOULANGER
