Gîte du Hameau N°1

We welcome you to the heart of the Cher valley and the Loire castles in this charming gîte with an initial capacity of 5 people / 2 bedrooms.
Located about 15 kilometers from the Beauval ZooParc, the gîte has been in service since 2022 and has already collected dozens of 5* reviews on other rental platforms.

The house is independent, located in a very quiet cul-de-sac overlooking paths and near leading to the Sauldre (river)
Access to all amenities 2 km away in Selles-sur-Cher (bakery, Aldi, Super U, service station, charging station, etc.)

The house is classified 2* and has all the equipment necessary for your stay.
Crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, 8 kg washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, TNT TV, WiFi connection with fiber…

On the ground floor: the entrance will be into a large room serving as a living room / dining room / TV corner.
Overlooking the kitchen then a bathroom equipped with shower and WC.

The staircase in the living room opens onto a corridor leading to a separate WC as well as 2 bedrooms:

N°2: 1 double bed 160X200
Towel and bed linen available on request (requested contribution of €10 per person)

Private parking in front of the house in the cul-de-sac.

Arrival and departure possible independently via a key box.
