Gîte du Chemin des Puys ****

Ideal location, just 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and in the heart of the Puys chain, the Chemin des Puys gîte is an old farmhouse (1806) recently renovated which can accommodate 6 people in the greatest comfort. From 120€ per night
This 90 m² gîte is adjoining my home but completely independent. With family, friends or for work, you will definitely find what you need there.

This privileged location allows us to quickly access, by car:
- Puy de Dôme, Puy de la Vache and Lassolas, Lake Aydat: less than 10 min
- to Lake Chambon: 20 min
- to the Massif du Sancy (where the winter sports resorts of Super Besse and Mont Dore are located): 40 min
- Royat thermal baths: 15 min

THE COMPOSITION OF THE GITE:

On the ground floor :
- equipped kitchen/dining room/living room of 50 m²
- bathroom with bathtub and double sink
- separate WC

Upstairs :
- 1 master suite (160x200 bed) with flat screen and private bathroom
- 2 bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds with flat screen that can each be joined together to form 2 King size beds (180x200), on request
- separate WC

The exteriors:
Between 300 and 400 m² of enclosed land with private parking, an 11 m² terrace, barbecue, sun loungers and above all immediate access to the PR and GR trails. (For example: Puy de la Vache and Puy de Lassolas: 2.5 hours round trip from the gîte using no road). The cottage is adjoining my house, but completely independent.
