We offer you this comfortable 70 m² apartment, on the 1st floor of our house, with independent entrance, accessible by stairs.
Possibility of having 10 beds in total with the rental of the studio in the same property, for holidays with family/friends.

It's made of :
• two rooms :
- a bedroom with a superb unobstructed view of the Rocher de Roquebrune. This room includes a 160x200 bed, a desk and storage space
- a bedroom with a nice open view. This room includes 2 single beds (which can be pushed together for a couple), a desk and storage space
• a living room with 140x190 sofa bed, coffee table, television
• an open fitted kitchen with fridge, hotplates, hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking
• a bathroom with shower, sink and heated towel rail
• separate toilets

Other equipment: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Centralized reversible air conditioning (heating in winter).

Exterior:
Terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.
Access to the shared swimming pool (with Studio tenants) from June to September. Aquabike available.
Access to the outdoor Jacuzzi all year round.

We do not accept animals because we have a faithful companion as kind as his owners ;-)
