Welcome to my family home, this old wine and agricultural farm, carefully renovated, offers all modern comforts.
Located in the village of JALOGNY (71) in the picturesque and quiet district of Bousseaux du Clunysois, 3 km from CLUNY.
This 18th century building, for 4 generations in my family, offers to the east a sunny terrace in a meadow with a view of an old bread oven, to the south of the agricultural annexes; entrance to the west a closed courtyard.
In a quiet, hilly region with meadows, forests, paths, wash houses, numerous Romanesque churches, JALOGNY is close to CLUNY, known for its abbey. It is also the starting point for many hikes (including the 5 wash houses, the St Valentin church and the VAUX chapel); circuits of Romanesque churches and the wine route, the greenway starting at CLUNY.
A few kilometers away, you can discover the vineyards of Mâconnais (accessible by bike via the greenway) and Beaujolais, and Charolais breeding. A visit to CLUNY is a must: 10th century abbey, School of Arts and Crafts, Romanesque houses, towers and fortified gates, stud farm, Ambroise palace, museum...
JALOGNY, near Tournugeois – Clunysois (labelled country of art and history), medieval and Romanesque heritage; adjoining the vineyards of Mâconnais with the famous Val Lamartinien, and Beaujolais, and to the West the Charollais – Brionnais (land of art and history) and PARAY-LE-MONIAL, the famous Roche de SOLUTRÉ
