In the city and in the countryside, gîte entirely restored with taste and local materials, in the former miller's house from 1870.
Close to the city center, in a quiet residential area, shops within walking distance.
Gîte on 2 levels with an open garden of 300 m², large parking space:
- Ground floor: entrance - separate WC - fitted kitchen (3 induction hobs) - living/dining room.
- First floor: "Souleilla" bedroom (1 double bed 160X200cm and 2 single beds 90X190 cm, on the mezzanine after a steep staircase (1 extra single bed on request). "Canal du Midi" bedroom (1 double bed 140X190cm) each with its own bathroom and toilet. Reversible air conditioning in each room.
Outdoor games: pétanque, molky and badminton. Please note: the facade is currently being renovated.
