Although in a peaceful location, it is only a 5 minute drive to the nearest bakery, 10 minutes to the nearest restaurants and 20 minutes to the nearest supermarkets and Bergerac airport..
There is also a lake and a beach 10 minutes away.
A little further you will find wine tours, kayaking, canoeing and many tourist attractions.
The property is not overlooked at all and you can choose to eat inside or outside, play and sunbathe by the pool which will be for your sole use and stargazing at night using the our telescope because there is no light pollution.
There are many places to walk, cycle, or just be.
