In the heart of the Bourgueil / Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil vineyard, in the Loire Valley, you will combine culture, nature and gastronomy.
Many tourist visits, beautiful hikes, the Loire by bike, famous castles (Langeais, Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Rigny-Ussé, Saumur, troglodytes, etc.)
A private terrace in front (table, chairs, armchairs, parasol)
Ground floor: room: refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, steam cooker, microwave).
Dining area with table and chairs, cupboard for dishes.
Living room area with 1 sofa bed (140x190 unfolded), flat screen television.
Bathroom area with shower, sink, washing machine.
Separate WC, towels provided.
Upstairs: large bedroom with 160x200 bed (possibility of making 2 80x200 beds). Reversible air conditioning, fan.
