The cottage has a professional kitchen, 2 barbecues and a plancha for some great grilling.
The cottage is located in the countryside, children can run around the house without fear.
The cottage is located 8km from the A20 motorway for all those arriving from Toulouse, Bordeaux or Paris, a central point for your reunion.
In addition, you can visit Cahors, Saint Cirq Laponie, the Pech Merle caves which are really not far away.
For weekends, you can arrive from 3:00 p.m. and on the day of departure, you must leave the cottage before 5:00 p.m.

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the planned date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.
