Ideally located in a quiet area, in a pretty 1000 m² garden, at the bottom of the village, on the edge of the forest, just 1 km from Lake Chalain, in the village of Marigny

With a capacity of 6 people (children and babies included)

At the foot of the GR559, many walks and natural places are possible from the rental or a few kilometers away: Cascade du Hérisson, Pic de l'Aigle, numerous lakes to discover.

Housing
The detached house, very comfortable, with a chalet-style interior, on one level, is composed of:
- large living room, with large bay windows, opening onto a covered terrace, with a table and 6 chairs, TV, WiFi, wood stove
- kitchen open to living room: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher
- bathroom, large shower, sink with furniture, washing machine

- 1st bedroom of 12 m² with double bed 1.60x2.00 m
- 2nd bedroom of 12 m² with 2 beds 0.90x2.00 m
- 3rd bedroom of 9 m² with a bunk bed 2 x 0.90x1.90 m

- separate toilet in the entrance with large cupboard (with vacuum cleaner, iron and table)

- open garage adjoining the house, north side
- a large terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the living room with large windows, is located on the south side

with access for people with reduced mobility.

We mainly rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday - other possibility on request.
